The Opera House is available to rent between May and October.
Revenue-sharing options are available for ticketed events and will be
considered on a case-by-case basis.
Significant discounts are available for Lunenburg based charities and non-profits.

| • | Weekday rates apply to Monday through Thursday rentals. |
| • | Sound and lighting equipment is included in the rental fee, but has the requirement of being operated by an LOH approved professional who will charge separately for their service. |
| • | Setup and cleaning fees may be required depending on nature of event. |
