The Lunenburg Opera House team is focused on its ongoing restoration. Thus far the interior of the theatre has undergone extensive renewal, including a new stage that mirrors the original design; updated lighting and sound equipment; and an overall cosmetic refresh.

The emphasis over the next 24 months will be on a complete overhaul of the building’s exterior including replacing the roof; soffits; siding and trim; and windows and doors. The building will also be insulated for the first time in it’s over 100-year history.
